The theme of our first month is Self Love. Our aim is to inspire you to love yourself, to foster self-acceptance, to treat yourself a little and to nourish your body and soul.
The practice of self-love is not an easy one, as we tend to be critical of ourselves. Our harsh judgements of our bodies, our choices, and our lives in general create a negative energy and in the end they don’t serve us.
To deepen your sense of self-love and acceptance for yourself and your life, take the a moment to yourself every day and to practice self care.
Find a minute each day to take a few deep breaths - inhale love and acceptance, exhale negative thoughts and feelings of unworthy. Set an intention of loving yourself unconditionally and being your best friend. Do something every day that nourishes you, that makes you feel good and healthy. You deserve it.
By practicing self-love, you will open yourself up to a life full of joy, connection, love, and health. You will start noticing a positive shift in how you perceive yourself and the world around you.
