Smoothie Bliss

Smoothies make it easy to eat healthy with fruit, nut milk, protein, superfoods, and other nutritious ingredients all in one meal. Eating your fruits and veggies is way better when they taste like dessert!

To make sure your smoothie has a consistency that's just right and is full of nourishing ingredients, follow this formula: 

FRUIT 

1/2 - 1 cup

banana 

strawberries 

blueberries 

raspberries 

mango 

pineapple 

 

GREENS & VEGGIES 

1/2 - 1 cup 

spinach 

kale 

cucumber 

beets 

avocado

 

FLUIDS 

1/2 - 1 cup 

water/ice

coconut water

orange juice 

non-dairy milk (soy, almond, rice)

ADD ONS 

1 - 3 tablespoons

protein mix 

oats 

nuts (wallnuts, almonds, pecans) 

 

SPICES 

1 teaspoon 

ginger 

cinnamon 

nutmeg

pumpkin pie spice

mint 

 

Just pick one or two ingredients from each category and blend it! 

Mix & match the ingredients as you please. All fruit and most of the veggies are fine to use frozen.
