SHIPPING & RETURNS

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

We send orders with Australia Post.

You will be provided with Aus Post tracking number. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas, and up to 8 business days for delivery to regional areas within Australia. Express shipping usually takes 2-3 business days. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please allow around 2-3 weeks for delivery to international addresses, and longer at peak postage times like the holidays.

Please note that The Yoga Box cannot be responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for international deliveries outside of Australia  – these are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We are unable to change a shipping address once it has been lodged.

If a consignment is undeliverable at destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, the consignment will be returned to sender and order cancelled. 

In the event of a redirection due to situations aforementioned, any additional shipping fees will be charged to the receiver.
We insure International orders as part of regular international shipping. 
 
PAYMENT

You can make your payments securely through our store using Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and AfterPay.

RETURNS 
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
If anything you’ve ordered arrives damaged or faulty, let us know immediately, providing us with your order number, and a description or photo of the damage. We cannot accept any return items without contacting us first.
LOST PACKAGES

If an item has been lost in transit, replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion. In some cases, recovery of insurance on these items can take up to 3 months. These are the Australia Post guidelines, so we ask for your patience if this occurred. 

If parcel has been lost, a missing parcel lodgement has to be reported and Australia Post investigates it. This can take up to 3 months for international orders.
