What's The Yoga Box?

The Yoga Box is a seasonal subscription service. You'll receive a box filled with carefully curated health and wellness products inspired by the yoga lifestyle. Each season will be a different mix of full sized and sample sized natural skincare products, lifestyle products such as jewelry, candles, incense, yoga props, and vegan snacks. Our samples are generously sized, to ensure you can really enjoy and test out the product and discover the products you love.

Each box will also contain a brochure inspired by the theme of the season to help you bring positive thoughts & habits into your daily life. 

You will also find coupon codes to our favorite brands and other goodies to inspire your well-being. 

 

When and how is my box sent? 

Each seasonal box will be shipped on the 1st of every new season. Mystery Yoga Boxes are shipped in 3 business days. 

Your box will arrive between 7am and 6pm Monday - Friday (except holidays). We recommend that the delivery address you use for your subscription is where you will most likely be during business hours to ensure your box finds you well. Please make sure that when you create your account, you enter your address accurately. 

If you are not at home during the delivery time, our delivery instructions are to 'leave in a secure place out of the weather'. However, kindly understand that this is done at the postage worker's discretion - they might leave a card instructing you to pick the box up at the courier's depot.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my subscription? 

Absolutely, you can cancel and discontinue your monthly payments before your monthly subscription automatically renews on the 15th of each month. 

Please note that the 3 Monthly Subscription has a 2 season minimum commitment so you will be able to cancel after the second charge occurs. 

The Yearly prepaid subscription needs to be cancelled before the end of the 12 month period. The Yoga Box does not issue partial refunds for the 12-month prepaid subscription.

In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to contact The Yoga Box 3 days prior to the renewal date on the 15th of each month.

We do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped. 

What is your refund policy?

The Yoga Box does not accept returns and does not offer refunds on any of our products. 

What if the current box has sold out? 

If you have signed up after the current month's box has sold out, you will receive the next month's box. 

When will I be billed? 

When you buy your first box or sign up for a membership, you will be billed immediately. 

Do you ship internationally? 

At this time, The Yoga Box ships only within Australia. 

How do I change my account details? 

To change your personal details, please log in to your account. 

Please ensure that all personal details (such as address, name, contact and bank information) are changed prior to five days before payment is due to ensure that payments are processed properly and your box is shipped correctly.

Is The Yoga Box cruelty-free? 

Yes! Items featured in The Yoga Box will always be vegan. We carefully select products that are made of mostly plant-based ingredients. We are passionate supporters of the movement against animal testing. 

Do you offer gift subscriptions or gift cards? 

At this time, we don't. If you want to purchase The Yoga Box as a gift, enter the receiver's address in the shipping information section. You can also enter a personalized note at the check out and we will include it in the box. 

Do you support non-profit organizations?

Yes we do! $0.50 from each box sold is donated to non-profit organizations that help protect animals and environment, and organizations that provide free yoga & meditation to at-risk and underserved communities in Australia.
